Return Request

Products can be returned within 90 days from the date of delivery. Please fill out the form to the right and include the order number, product SKU and return reason in the additional information field. Dealers are responsible for return shipping.

Please note that product must be returned unused and in the original packaging. A refund will be applied upon receiving the item, minus a re-stocking fee of 10%

Variablegrid warrants that all hardware products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
